Shorty T-Shirts

If you’ve read any of my blog posts, I don’t normally talk about people too bad.  But, I’ve just gotta say something about the guy who printed my Shorty t-shirts.  Marc Moran creates my Shorty designs, and he’s excellent.  I love Marc’s work and professionalism, and would recommend him to anybody.  The t-shirt printer on the other hand…

Let me start by saying that I think the shirts are really nice.  He did an excellent job by adding the words to the graphics.  However, his customer service leaves a lot desired.  I paid for 20 shirts in April.  I did not receive my shirts until the end of June.  He had not problems taking my money, but it took a long time to get my merchandise.  I know you’re wondering why I didn’t just ask for a refund?  Well, he was referred to me by someone from church and I…well, I don’t even know why I cared what they thought.  Anyway, I got my shirts minus one.  Do you know that it is four months later and I don’t have my one last shirt???

I called him a couple weeks ago.  My friend said that he would pick it up for me, but my friend went MIA at the last minute.  So, I contacted the t-shirt guy during the last week of July asking him to mail my shirt.  He asked me to send my mailing address.  I did.  Do you know that it is almost two weeks later and I still don’t have my shirt??  I called him on Monday, August 3rd, asking for my shirt by Wednesday.  It was not received.  I left a message letting him know how disappointed I was in the service I am receiving.  All I want is my shirt and he will NEVER hear from me again.

That was great for my ego.  I know I can sell my writing, photography, and other creative projects, but shirts?  I was a bit skeptical.  However, that did a bit for my ego, and I’m more determined to find a new t-shirt printer – one who is reliable and work with small orders – and more styles for women.  I am also searching for male Shorty characters.  I just have to come up with a concept and some sayings, and it’ll be on!  I’m looking forward to it.

On a side note, when I started thinking about t-shirts, the idea of a t-shirt class came to mind.  You know how people totally cut up t-shirts, take out the back and do other creative things to make them all their own?  I can see doing that not only for me, but having a class to make it happen.  One idea begets more ideas.

Shorty on Wheels Available – Order today!

You don’t have to be a roller skater to buy one.  I have a few of the following designs available in men’s medium for $15.00.  All shirts are white.  However, I am seeking a reliable t-shirt printer that will treat small orders as important as large ones.  Also, it would be great if (s)he has design and printing skills.  If you know of anyone, please let me know.  I am also looking into cuter t-shirt designs.
